Kessingland Sea Sailing Club is a great club for people who enjoy sailing yachts but either prefer not to bear the full cost of ownership or not to have all the worry of maintenance. We welcome new members, we are non-profit-making and our aim is to make sailing more affordable and enjoyable.

With a Dufour 365 on the East Coast of the UK, the Club welcomes experienced sailors who are able to skipper bare boat charters as well as the inexperienced person who wants to learn how to sail.

We do not offer formal training, but come sailing with us and you will gain experience from qualified skippers and experienced crew. You can become accredited skippers as soon as we judge you are able to skipper our boats.

Fees

To join the Kessingland Sea Sailing Club you will need to pay the membership fee. To sail you are required to be a club member and you can join as a temporary member or as an annual member. Please contact us by email to become a member.

For Membership renewal please complete all of this form and submit payment to the KSSC Account via BACS or by posting a cheque.

Note: no boat bookings will be confirmed until current subscriptions are paid. Subscriptions received after the end of February may result in your name not appearing in the Year Book which goes to press in early March.

Skippers to confirm that there will be a nominated responsible adult present for any child/young person sailing on a club yacht, and that the relevant parent/guardian has given permission for their presence. In such situations it is a requirement that the ‘Child/Young Person Sailing Form' (additional form to be completed) by the nominated responsible adult, in advance of the booking being confirmed.
